Yesterday the Outerra engine got the biome update for the demo mode, this means I can no longer start up Middle Earth map even in the demo mode (I guess until you guys update your map). Any update incoming soon?

Hm maybe we could produce a placeholder biome data for the M-E world, until guys get some time to import their stuff ...

Yes I think we need to get this fixed ASAP even if were not using the absolute latest version of our sim biome data to import. Just something approx for the time being to keep it running will be ok.

Looking ahead now to getting some better data into Outerra; terrain and biomes. We're going to do some development on the textures. Mordor colouration needs changing. Snow needs taking out. The whole northern end of the map needs tundra and much less snow. There's a few things we need to do... ;)

Alignment problem were fixed. Mordor is closer to where we want it. Lots to do on this still. Next update will see some big improvements.
